“I placed an order on 1/28 and still have not received it
I inquired about the status and got a reply that showed it was delivered 3 days before I placed the order
I responded to that email and am still awaiting for a reply”
“I woke up yesterday to find my phone using the Statik had not charged overnight. My iPad, which was using the same outlet but not Statik, had charged. When I tried to remove magnet in iPhone(so I could charge in old charging device) it separated and I had to use tweezers to get remainder of object out.”
“Overall satisfied with the product. Couple things. Advertising not clear what comes with the product so not clear that the magnetic ends did not come with the cable; in fact I was under impression it did. Fortunately, I bought chargers which did have them. Also, website not designed to by multiple products. Load the cart up, then difficult to unload it. Plus, hard to go back and forth and then pay for the cart. I never figured it out. Website needs a lot of work to make user-friendly.”
“The overall product is decent. I gave it two stars because the time from ordering to shipping was unacceptable. This will ship from another country, meaning it will not ship until the container is filled. That could be two week to 8 weeks. I ordered this for Christmas gifts, only to give it over a month later. I ordered the items with plenty of lead time for Christmas. If you are not in a rush and want a product you could find in the states, buy the other charger. There are plenty of quick chargers with much faster turn around time.”
“Very hard to get to talk to. Very poor response to quality issues. First ignored then responded to and sent replacement product that didn’t work and then when contacted I was instructed to send video or picture to describe problem. I want my money back. Terrible product and terrible service.”
“I ordered products before Christmas. Hoping to use them as Christmas gifts. However it was weeks and I still hadn't heard anything so I wrote and asked about the status of it. I finally got a response back three days after I received it on January 20 Telling me that my order had been delivered. I wrote several times and only got the one response. I don't feel static was attentive to my order.”
“Extremely poor communication with company regarding delayed shipment. It was definitely a mistake purchasing directly through manufacturer than going through Amazon, who promised 2-day delivery.”
“I finally recieved my order 2 months to the day I ordered. I was disappointed that it was originated from a foreign country. That really is not the way to do business. I was excited for the product. I guess now that I have them now, I cannot give you an honest review, as I stated before, I just received my order.
I think being honest as to why it takes so long to recieve would be nice.”
“The cable charges slower than my original cable. It took 5 weeks to get the cable AND I had to pay shipping. The online order status was never updated, and multiple inquiries about order status went unanswered.”
“I had a really bad experience ordering their cables. It took a very long time to ship let alone be delivered. They ignored me until it finally did ship weeks later despite claiming 3-4 days of support time. I don't have a single ounce of trust in this company so the cables have not been taken out of the box. They charge for returns or else I would have returned them. 0/10 stars.”
“I placed my order and it was paid for on Dec 6,2024. Order was never received and keep being told a replacement is on its way. Today is Feb 4,2025 and still sitting and waiting”
