“Received cable after eating 5 weeks for shipment (apparently it has to cross the ocean first). It would not charge my iPhone or iPad. When attached it would light up the lightning icon for a second then switch to "No Charge" alert. No remedy yet. Stinks”

I’ve reached out a bunch of times and the only answer I got after weeks of emails, which is the only way to reach out was through Facebook messenger, I almost tried to do a charge back because there was zero communication. “I like the idea, but there are problems in execution. They slow charge on our household USB outlets, where regular usb-c do not. They don't work with my husband's Android Auto, and his car is only 2 years old. The nub sticks out of the bottom of the phone, so the phone bottom edge is no longer flush for standing/propping up. Customer Service was helpful when I had an issue.”

“I think the idea of interchangeable charging ports is pretty functional, the execution is a little rough. Once I plug the charging port into my phone, I have to use tweezers to get it out. It’s too small to pinch out with my fingers and I bought one for my kids too and they struggle worse than I do.”
“First of all my purchase did finally arrive. It took over a month and a half to get here. I emailed the company with no answer but a bot letter to me. I was in the process of disputing the purchase and it finally came. Bad business is no personal touch to your responses. I will not buy again and yes, I've told people to not buy unless they have time to waste.”
