“It was fairly easy to get a resolution to the problem I had an order. Due to the issue they had to make a substitution, which made a very !omg transport time.

“I’ve been buying Statik products for quite awhile. I find them very useful and easy to use. They also save wear and tear on my charging port. The magnets are strong enough to maintain the connection. The charge cords head’s also rotate which serves to maintain the power supply connection.”
“The products are ok but the customer service is not good. I am one battery to not charging and email the company to fix the problem and NO response from they! The want to buy and not the repair their product. Please waiting for reply or phone call from them”

“It took a very very very long time to receive my order. The charging cords seem to work fine, at first. Then one of them started not working even though I didn't touch it or move the device I was charging. Then the second one started doing the same thing. Yes, they are very strong and the cables will last a long time. But sometimes I leave my phone on one of them and come back two hours later and even though it was charging when I walked away, it wasn't charged at all when I came back. I'm very disappointed!”
“I purchased a few of your products: Cables and connectors. They have caused problems with my phone. It acts erratically when your magnetic connectors are in place. I stopped using your products because of this. Can I get a refund?”
“Ordered a package of magnetic adapters. Unfortunately, they don't work with the charging cable I purchased previously. Talked with a technical service rep at Statik and she refused to exchange the adapters for the correct ones. I wil never order from this company again.”
