Most of it didn't work. That that did work in the beginning stopped charging after 2 charges. I finally just threw it all out.

I purchased a statik just before Christmas. I had an issue with the magnetic falling out of the end of the cord and let customer service know about it . They sent a replacement after I sent a photo to them . Very satisfied.

I am most pleased with most aspects of the static cable system. What I didn't understand it in the beginning was that the data cables and the charge cables tips do not match. I cannot use a charge tip on my data cable and I can't use a data cable to charge my phone with a charge tip. This means changing tips and often it takes a tool to get the tip out.

Hi, Chris! Thank you for your support and satisfaction with our products! The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other. That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard! The difference between them is this entry for data in the cable and tips. If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize. Regarding the magnetic tips, that's the main idea, one should not remove the tips to keep them convenient, spare their device port from wearing out over time, and protect them from dirt debris. Also, if it was easy to remove you would easily lose the magnetic tips. Hope this helps!

Good products that work well! Quite happy on that. Had a minor problem with one of my items tho and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Statik team were prompt to give me updates and take responsibility for it. Overall good company and good products. Will definitely continue to support them.

There were 3 options of inserts for various tech items but there was not one to fit my LG phone. That was the reason why we purchased the charger to avoid carrying two chargers.

The cable comes with 3 different tips in the box, including USB Type C (for Android devices), Micro USB micro B (for Android devices), and Lightning (for Apple devices), so you can charge your LG phone using the micro USB or the USB Type C tip. The adhesive starting falling off my dash almost immediately, I have to constantly move it back up before each use cause the weight of my phone brings it down. The magnet is strong and that's the pro here.

Do not buy this product it doesn't work. I have contacted customer service and received no response or refund. Don't waste your money!
