The magnet seems to work well and the cable is nice but it doesn't work with my Samsung 45watt charger. My phone says it is super fast charging 2.0, but it is definitely not charging as fast as it would.

Hello, Sandra! We think that this review is regarding the Statik360 cable you ordered and not with the 45W GaN BlitzCharge. The Statik360 cable is focused on charging and practicality, unfortunately, it was not possible to include data transfer in this cable, so it is a charging cable. Pity the magnet isn't strong enough and sometimes will not connect and stops charging. Such a pity great idea.

I ordered a Glo-Bright 360 cable which developed a problem. Statik replaced immediately and the replacement works perfectly.

They work really well for iPhones, however, even though the very efficient after sales people sent me another one they do NOT work for an iPad Pro no matter what you do. I'm a little disappointed as it's a really excellent thing for the phone.

These cords are AWFUL! The magnets aren't strong enough to hold the plug in place. Somehow, I ended up with 3. May have been my fault as the site was a bit confusing. I would like to return the 2 I haven't opened. PLEASE!

My advice? Dont deal with this company! Their customer service is virtually non existant, all computerised so once your order is in thats it, no changes or amendements possible despite emailing 5 minutes after order placed, kept stalling me and then once it shipped about 3 weeks later they then said couldnt be altered! Didnt even offer to send other items free of postage due to their inefficiency. I will NEVER deal with Statik again, very very poor.

I have purchased 2 charging cords a black one and a glow one. The black one won’t charge my iPhone so I purchased one of your charging blocks. That took a month to get and the blue light is on but it still won’t charge my phone. The blue glow one worked really good for a while then stopped working it’s like it has a short if I mess with the cord it works for a bit but then goes off. I have tried to message you but that hasn’t worked and you don’t have a phone number. If I could just talk to someone that would help. So 2 cords that I can’t use. ☹️

I don't know where my product was shipped from, but it took more than a month to receive it which is very unacceptable

These things are so cool looking! I bought 3. I had a problem with 1. Their customer service folks took care of it/me. It may not work with some protective cases but is way cool when it does.

My item ( cable ) arrived with a contact missing I had waited 6weeks for it . It then took a further 3 weeks for the replacement, but even after all this inconvenience the product is great
