Hello, Nathan! The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other. That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard! The difference between them is this entry for data in the cable and tips! If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize! This is something that our product team is working on already, but these things take time. The Statik 360 PRO is a much more recent product, and the Statik 360 standard has been produced by us for at least some years now. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Best regards,

The cable doesn’t charge my phone more than half the time. Would give it 0 stars since it doesn’t preform its function. Company asked me to send a video to replace it rather than just sending me a return label. No thanks.

bought a few things from Statik now. Havent had any issues with any. LED Light bulbs and headlight upgrades. Switches and looms. All good high quality items. Made the mistake of buying off EBAY once. never again.

I have two cables, one short and one long that don’t work. I have emailed many times and all you do is make excuses. You have now said you would replace them but I have been waiting for weeks and no delivery. I think my comment says it all about Statik. Not happy

after almost two months of waiting, no response to my emails and a threat of proceedings. I received my two cables. the first one broke after 5 minutes. the second works correctly. given the price and the wait one would expect better service.

While the interchangeable tips seem convenient and the fabric cord is durable, the magnets are not nearly as strong as advertised and are easily disconnected. The packaging on the standard 360 indicates that it is fast charge compatible, but it is not. The tips and cables are not interchangeable between the 360 and the 360 Pro. I know this might seem obvious, but I had assumed that if I had a standard tip on a device and connected to a Pro cable that I'd still get the basic connection and that if I had a Pro tip on a device and connected to the standard cable, same deal. Not the case. They only work Pro tip to Pro cable and standard tip to standard cable. Ultimately, what I have is a bunch of tips and cables that are decent at best and I have to be sure which cable I have in a give spot in order to use the devices that are properly compatible.

i've bought about 10 of these packs, the last one we got was a different type not compatable with the older models? When did this change? When are you getting a cable to be used on a garmin GPS?

This is my story. I am not very good at picking out items or knowing what to pick out. I am 73 years old and I do know what I would like. You see have ear plugs that are attached to cord that I plug into my phone. I am done with these. They keep getting tangled up. I know people who have wireless, so I went on line and typed in wireless earplugs. I found out later they are Earpods. Your website came up. so I looked and there they were. STATik, CloudBuds and came with 3 different sizes. Picture of item . So I ordered that item and also Globocharge Lite Travel Adapter. I was excited. It took a while to get them but I was excited when I received them in the mail. I opened the package but I did not see any Cloudbuds. Three different sizes were there. (Are you laughing at this time. ) It took me a day to read fine print. ear tips fit with airpads pro 1st and 2nd. The picture on bag showed what i thought I was buying. I looked on website to see if I could find airpods pro but only thing came up was the package with the picture of cloud buds ear tips. I received ear tips but not Cloud Buds. Can you understand how for me this was very confusing.. If the picture was of ear tips only, I would have known. MAYBE YOU COULD CHANGE WORDING ON PACKAGE. TO EAR TIPS ONLY. tHANKS ANYWAY. Terrible customer service. Items not sent, emails not answered. It was only after commenting on every social media post for a month that I finally got a response. Items finally sent and received 2 months later. Great concept but very cheaply made and I don’t expect them to last long.

Love these cords! Funny though I cannot use in my car for apple play. I have to use the traditional charger. These cords are excellent.

I love the convenience of the Statik charging cables that I purchased. Every device that I have has the magnetic plug installed and all I have to do is get the device close to the cable and the connection is completed, it's like magic.

Although I had purchased two cords packages, when one malfunctioned your Customer Service was fabulous in sending out a new one. I no sooner started using the new one and my 2nd original cord is now malfunctioning - now staying a charge connection.

Good if you want to charge your device, super easy. Not so great if you want to listen to music and use the cable as an intereface between your phone and your vehicle. The slightest nudge of the cable disconnects the audio then, depending on your vehicle, you have to play the reconnect game while driving down the road, not so great.
