"Hi everyone, I feel compelled to write this review because it is rare these days to purchase anything that develops a problem shortly after using for just a couple of times, then receive the kind of customer care that I received from Statik.\r\nI know that some may think that these genuine Statik products are a little overpriced, believe me as a disabled person in the UK. I have to watch every penny, however I liked the idea of having interchangeable heads for my leads. Having bought a few over time I found that I needed a lead that was not changeable to again make my life easier since a lot of items now come with the C type connector required. I still love and use my other leads they are now great for those times when you want to just get going. And not be concerned with stowing the cable.\r\nAnyway I digress,,, recently I purchased the latest fixed on swiveling C type lead that has all the quality standards I have come to expect from Statik. \r\nTo my surprise it ceased to be recognised as being connected by every device of mine. I tried with friends and family also. (Totally shocked) I contacted Statik and went through the steps to show the issue. It was hard to understand myself, the lead lights up at the charge input C type area. This shows that the power was getting to the swivel with no issues. Nothing was visibly wrong,,, it took myself and Statik a while to get the needed information to show. I also offered to send this item back. \r\nThen to my utter surprise Statik conceded that they were happy to send a replacement. I offered my thanks and a week later was extremely happy to receive not only one but 2 replacements.\r\n\r\nPlease trust the good companies that care about the customer experience. Statik is most definitely a company I will stay with. \r\nYou can not only trust the products, you can trust the company cares and honours it's customers.\r\n\r\nThank you Statik, for being a top manufacturer and seller of great products. “Hice una compra de 4 cables, de aquellos con iluminación. Tardaron más de lo previsto en llegar, pero si servicio de atención al cliente siempre respondió y me aportaba cierta confianza. Cuando por fin los recibí, la verdad es que eran llamativos, daban muy buena impresión con todo ese cable iluminado. La enorme decepción fue que el proceso de carga se hizo tan lento que era inaceptable por su total falta de utilidad. Mi teléfono, así, no terminaba de cargar ni con muchas horas de conexión. Naturalmente, se lo hice saber al servicio de atención al cliente. Y la respuesta fue sorprendentemente responsable, empática y resolutiva: inmediatamente, se comprometieron a sustituir aquellos cables luminosos por la versión PRO de su producto, sin más coste ni trámite. Pasadas unas semanas, el tiempo normal, recibí el envío con los nuevos cables y debo decir que estoy extremadamente satisfecho con la compra. La carga es muy rápida y el funcionamiento es óptimo en todo sentido. Ha merecido la pena la respuesta. Ya estoy recomendando estos cables en mi entorno. Gran producto.”

“Purchased two magnetic charge cable this year, one broke at the usb connection and the second one stoppedcharging with a few weeks of use. Despite sending e mail to supplier i have received no feedback or assistance. Therefore i would not purchase any more products from STATIK.”

“Love the new Statik cord and inserts. Only problem I have is the old style inserts are not working with the new cord which means I will have to order more. The other problem is I hvae no use for the Apple inserts and the only way to order is to get the whole set. You should make replacements of whatever ones you want. I hate to see stuff go to waste. Doesn't make sense. Thanks for a great product!”

Hello, Russell! The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other. That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard! The difference between them is this entry for data in the cable and tips! If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize! This is something that our product team is working on already, but these things take time. The Statik 360 PRO is a much more recent product, and the Statik 360 standard has been produced by us for at least some years now. Hope this clears out your concern.

“I ordered two products this last time. My wife and I have ordered charging cables twice before. I received my verification and then no communication for a month. I thought this was abnormal so I checked my order just as the site suggested by downloading Shop. Shop only allowed me to find the carrier and kept telling me no more information found about my shipment. I then wrote twice to Statik about the delay a couple days apart. My order was delivered to my house before I for two days before I received a reply. I love your products. I didn't like your customer service.”

“I placed 2 orders for over £160. When the first order arrived it was clear the 65W chargers were not universal as they only have 2 pins so will not work I'm the uk. Customer service said it was clear (from 1 small picture) despite it not being mentioned in writing, they gave me a 20% refund on the chargers. The 2nd order (placed 3 days after the first) did not arrive so again I contacted customer services, they advised there was an issue and they were sending the order again. At this point I asked for them to remove the 2 65W chargers from the order now that we know they will not work in the UK. They said they would ask the fulfilment team to see if this was possible. 2 weeks later I received confirmation that the order had shipped so I contacted them again to be told to refuse the order when it arrived. Surely 2 weeks was enough time to updat the order....When the order arrived it was not obvious who the package had come from so it was not refused, another £80 wasted! The reason for the 2 orders in the first place was that I upgraded from standard to pro cables, be warned that these cables are not compatible with each other, they have different connectors so if for example you use them for your mobile phone in different rooms, you need to remove the fiddly adapters each time which defeats the point of having convenient magnetic connectors. I also get an annoying message on my Samsung S21 to say the USB device is not supported everytime I plug it in using the Pro cable. Overall I have wasted money on the chargers I cannot use, the cables dont work correctly and are incompatible with their other connectors and the customer service has been terrible, I will not be recommending them, quite the opposite.”

“Appreciate the design. Magnetic connection. A detachable plug that stays in the socket providing protection and long life for the delicate phone socket. Problem I had was the magnetic tip swung out and attached to the car door just as it was closing detaching the head. Broken. Was considering a cup or cover to prevent unwanted movement. Will have to replace cord.”

“They're pretty good at Statik. I bought two x 360 with mag tips and thought the concept brilliant. No more frayed wires or stressed connectors. However, the charging rate was not what I expected, and put this to them. They sent me a 360 PRO replacement foc, which was exactly what I needed. So I purchased another and have great chargers with all the benefits of the mag technology. Why don't the big boys grab them instead of making us fork out for replacements on a regular basis. You can answer that one! Go Statik!”

The Statik360 cable is focused on charging and practicality, unfortunately, it was not possible to include data transfer in this cable, so it is a charging cable. While the Statik360 PRO version is capable of data transfer, Apple Car Play, and Android Auto.

“Good!! The insert solved a loose connection problem in the tablet. Flexible cable is superior to other cables. I have had several cables fail. The need to have higher capacity chargers made me realise I needed to upgrade for my tablet. However it still works on my low capacity phone charger. New tablet will now force me to purchase 2 C to C cables. Very happy with prompt replacement of cable with loose magnet. Thank you Statik. Peter”
