Hält was es verspricht. Leider sind zwei Adapter nach kurzer Zeit gebrochen. Es wurde umgehend Ersatz geliefert.

I am not happy of the product. I received more than a month late and it is not working on fast charge with usb C neither with i-phone charge.

Horrible. I bought 2 & neither did any fast charging like the false advertising stated. So they sent me 2 more which was supposedly stronger, and it was like they sent me the same cords as before. I tried them on a Samsung S10, S10E, ZFlip, and an iPhone... so it's not a particular phone.

So far I'm loving the convenience of charging watch, phone and ear buds all on one device. I'm traveling soon and this will be in my carry on

I purchased a cord a few weeks ago. When I finally opened it and tried to use it, it won’t make a proper contact to charge. I have emailed twice with a video of the problem and no one has gotten back to me.

Statik took over a month to ship my order. I sent several emails that were replied with an automated reply with no actual answer for weeks. After 4 weeks passed I finally got a reply and a tracking number and a week later my product showed up. I don't even know if I will continue to buy because of that, I am really disappointed because I do like the chargers and the idea of it. Honestly, it's not the long waiting time. It's the fact that they never sent an answer or real response for SO LONG. When they finally did, I didn't even reply because I am just over it.

Fault with first charger. Statik was happy to help and sent replacement. All in all 5* customer satisfaction. Would happily recommend :D

I Love Statik cables. I have had a bit of a bad run and two of my cables have broken down, but both replaced immrdiately with no questions! Obviously proper documentation of the faults was supplied

So I bought three of the magnetic chargers and one broke on me but it's been replaced then I lost magnetic tilt and y'all replaced that and I haven't really ordered anything else but for the most part I'm happy cuz y'all actually replaced what broke and I'm a satisfied customer

I got the wrong product the first time and then when I reordered it, it was shipped to the wrong address after I changed it, and now I don’t even have the product

I love the swivel tip cords. Been using now for several years. Just recently a magnet came off the end. Ordered another one. Also ordered the three ended cord. Was disappointed because the tip was different. The magnetic tips are so much easier on my phone and kindle

Ottimo prodotto! Gentilissimo lo staff… per motivi di ritardi il mio ordine non è stato consegnato in tempo, ma con il supporto di Katia, ragazza competente e gentilissima abbiamo risolto e mi ha fatto arrivare tutti i 9 cavetti che avevo ordinato! Lo consiglio tantissimo questo prodotto! Robusto e mi evita di tenere tanti cavetti diversi tra loro! FANTASTICO

Very bad, it takes about 10 hours to recharge the phone. The worst purchase ever done. Wasted money.

1. The dongle that you have to leave plugged into your phone will not fit if you have a phone case (which most people do). You have to remove your phone case entirely for the dongle to fit properly. Really inconvenient. 2. The magnet that the ads show as being super strong is laughably weak. The slightest movement will disconnect it and if it's not on there perfectly the charger won't work at all. 3. When the magnet does stick the charge is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 4. One of the USB plastic covers broke immediately after I got it out of the bag. 4. The customer service that they brag about on the website is nonexistant. I have been trying to get a refund for a month now and no one will return my emails. And that's the only way you can get a refund. If it walks like a scam and quacks like a scam...

The Service, attention, and follow-up were great, AQSA helped me out and was always in contact with me. I received the product in Mexico, Guadalajara. The cables work well, and charge efficiently!

The power cables are amazing, I thought they were so good I ordered more. I ordered the data transfer cables this time by mistake. Not the end of the world, but they are not compatible with the power cables. I find this a big issue with the system. So anyone who buys, i highly recommend this item but its one or the other

Hello, Kyle! Thank you for your feedback! The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other. That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard! The difference between them is the entry for data in the cable and tips! If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize! This is something that our product team is working on already, but these things take time. The Statik 360 PRO is a much more recent product, and the Statik 360 standard has been produced by us for at least some years now. Hope this clears any confusion. Have a great day! :)
