I bought one intending to take it on a trip. Used it the first time on the trip and the magnetic end stuck in my phone and would not come out. It would not attach itself back to the cord. I could not pull it out with my fingers! Had to turn around and go back home and get a soft cloth and needle nose pliers to get it out. I would like a refund of my money but instead they just send me another piece of junk! I think the idea is good in theory but in reality it doesn't work

Hugely disappointed as I ordered 5. I struggle to get the ends put and have to resort to a knife, I understand the idea is to replace all my cables but that isn’t practical. Three of the 5 only work intermittently. So I ordered the light up flashy cables. Plugged them in. They lit up and IMMEDIATELY stopped working. I must’ve didn’t over £100 and there’s no way to return my faulty products???

I have had 2 chargers in 6 months both don't work anymore. I am very disappointed .

Non ho potuto utilizzare il cavo, l'ho solo inserito ed ho faticato molto ad estrarre lo spinotto, rompendomi due unghie e dovendo poi ricorrere ad una pinza...non essendo assolutamente intenzionata a fare questa manovra cruenta ed invasiva ogni volta nè tantomeno volendo lasciare sempre inserito lo spinotto nel cellulare (poichè talvolta posso trovarmi in auto o altrove ed avere l'esigenza di caricare il cellulare con altro cavo che NON sia lo Statik), ho praticamente buttato i soldi poichè non lo tilizzerò, non lo donerò a nessuno nè TANTOMENO lo consiglierò!!! Ma i geni dei Tecnici che progettano e poi testano, lo sanno che poi le persone dovranno usare le loro invenzioni ogni giorno, possibilmente senza spaccarsi le dita ogni volta che dovranno ricaricare il cellulare???

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Bought this based on their ads stating it's a fast charge. Well it's not a fast charge and when I contacted Customer Service, this was the response: "Mobile companies continuously release updates and upgrades for their devices, and charging technology for both iOS and Android has been updated in recent months. Our team is diligently working on updating our products. Unfortunately, at the moment, Statik 360 is no longer compatible with the fast charging feature, only the Statik360 Pro." So in order to have a proper charge as advertised, I now have to purchase a different product?! Not only that, while the cord is intact, the parts that connect into the phone broke apart. This is cheap junk and when I asked for a refund AND returned the product, they gave refused to refund me until I filed a complaint through PayPal. Do NOT waste money on this.

I made the purchase the 1st time and not happy when the magnetic part broke. I registered a complaint and was compensated by receiving a replacement. However, the part that is attached (cord) to the magnet has broke. Not very happy at this point w/the STATIK charge cord at all. I guess I'll stick to a regular charge cord which pretty much never had a problem with but STATIK looked so cool and wanted to try it. 2nd time not a charm but difficulties w/charging my phone. I really don't know what all the HYPE is about because apparently, 2 times was not it for me. Will not recommend !

The product sent to me didn't work in either of my Android phones. It didn't fit into the connection end of the phone. I have hesitated to return them to STATIK, because it more t will cost me more to mail them back, than I paid for the two items. I am very disappointed that your product did not work for me!

Después de dos meses desde la petición del producto sigo sin obtener respuesta ni producto, solo mensajes de si estoy satisfecho. Muy mal la comunicación con la empresa. A pesar de enviar los datos del domicilio por segunda vez no recibo nada.

I bought 3 Smart Cards, only to discover they are just for Apple phones. I have tried to find out how to return for a refund with no success. NOT a happy camper right now.

Worthless products. Horrible customer service because they want pictures and or videos for proof of the fault instead of just trusting the customer that they make inferior products. They sent a replacement because the magnetic c-usb on my cable get stuck in my phone. Statik then has the nerve to say well maybe your phone case isn't letting the tip seat all the way... I tried that first after it got stuck with the case on. It was stuck worse with the case off. The replacement cable's magnetic c-usb tip is 10 times harder to get out of my phone. The micro USB tip on the replacement doesn't even stay in my old phone. They say they offered me a 20% refund on my first purchase but they have yet to actually issue my refund. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM Statik. Worthless products. Two cables in the trash and still out the money from my first order.

The idea is great but if you have a phone case these probably WILL NOT fit your devise... I hane a Samsung and my wife has a Apple and we could not get these to work on our devise..... save you money and skip the terrible product Took quite a while to get a refund and didn't get it all back so just be savy and get something else !

One star because "0" isn't an option. I ordered a cord. It didn't work. You sent a replacement. It doesn't work either.

I recently ordered a charger from statik.And it was working until two weeks later it stopped working correctly it would disconnect from charging .I was told that I was going to be contacted but i still have not received an email
