I’m still waiting for a reply from yourselves of how To return the item as it does not fit my phone. After several emails now still no reply

Magnet not strong enough,one cord packed it in within 2 days and the other one extremely temperamental and has to be dead flat and in line otherwise won't conduct the charge,pretty disgusted with total waste of money and pathetic product received.

Ordered 2 cell phone charging cables, took 5 weeks to receive them. They fo mot work with my phone, tried to return them and they want a picture with it plugged into phone. Vanot take a pic with phone when it is plugged into the phone that I am taking the pic with. Just want a refund and address of where to return cables?!!!!?

Charging cables are fantastic and the best I have ever had, so decided to order a power bank. Wish I hadn’t took 3 weeks to arrive, then when it did it was defective, getting an answer and refund took well over a week. Won’t put me off as the cables are the best on the market.

I know this review might be deleted, but here i go anyway. First off, they forgot my order. I placed the order in febuary and didnt hear anything for more than a month. Then i contacted statik, who sent a new order. Delivery also took 1 month. Then my parcel was stopped in customs and i had to pay a large fee to recieve it. I then asked if i could get some of it covered, since i have beed waiting so long, but that was not "their policy", as they put it. Now i finally have the product, and i have to say, it sucks. The cord is too short, it doesnt charge faster, as they say it will, and the magnet is not that powerfull, so it easily disconnects when you move the cable around. I was really hoping to get a good product after waiting more than 2 months to get it, but i have been nothing but dissapointed with this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

Bought three cables none of them worked after a couple of weeks. After months they were excited because they eventually sent me 1 replacement after me continually asking for a refund. This single one to replace three is now also in the bin. Products are garbage and they tell lies about stuff all the time about the cheap rubbish they sell. Avoid

Write a review? I will, when my money is refunded. I sent that order back, and the USPS shows you received it. I inadvertently ordered the wrong cables. When the refund is straigtened out I will order the correct cables. I have told you all this for about two months now. Better get somebody in there who knows how to respond to e-mails in a timely manner. Right now your customer service is HORRENDOUS. My review will improve when you do!

I ordered these early/mid Dec hoping for at least a late Christmas gift. I just got them 3 months later! I contacted support many times and they only answer when they want. These cords charge very slow so they are only good for things with small batteries like a vape lol. I have since contacted them at least twice a week for about the past month, requesting to return majority of my order. But no one will get back to me!!

The screen protector broke immediately and didn't work at all. The charger is good idea and works very well, but it was advertised as a fast charger which it is not, probably the slowest charger I've ever had. All in all a bit disappointing, but I do see the idea. Just needs adjustments. Also please make screen protectors that can work with a phone case.
