My experience with this company and the product I purchased is absolutely horrible. Bought a charger cord and it stopped working the third day I had it. I requested help from customer support. Nobody has responded in a week. I am still trying to get this cord replaced and I have reached out three separate times with no response no reply. I would’ve never purchased from this company if I knew this is the type of customer satisfaction that they provide. I will not recommend this to my friends.

I purchased AKTIVE earbuds headphones and a STATIK 360 PRO magnetic charger cable. The products were sleek and well designed, with attention to detail but no overwhemling frippery. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Took a very long time to receive. Doesn't keep the charge very long so can't seem to charge phone to 100%

The magnetic tips do not fit my into my devices since my devices are protected with cases (i.e. coverings). The product is therefore useless to me. Thankfully I only bought one!

First, I'd like to say that I'm very satisfied with the products I ordered. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the original order. Due to system glitches, there was a big delay and an error with my order. It took quite a while to get things sorted out. Statik team was very proper, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. In the end, everything was as it should be. I have to say, the products were worth the wait.

My statik was terrible battery didn’t last more than 20% after which it went dead Went from 47% to 52% and then the battery went dead Was told they would me a new one but that was 5 weeks ago until now nothing yet

I have placed two orders, the first order 3 months ago. I still have not recieved either order. $ times now they have sent it out for delivery but they delivered it back to themselves. They then have to start a new order and ship again. It is very frustrating dealing with their customer service team. They really need to figure things out.

You were very good. But I had a cable break and I also ordered a new cable it took over a month to get them. Also the new cables aren't compatible with your old tips. I found a new company that I ordered from and I received it in 2 days. I didn't realize you had competition and I wouldn't have known that if your shipping wouldn't have taken forever

Mislead by the advertisements and purchased the wrong bundle. When I contacted Customer Service to exchange it they were very unhelpful so I now have products I don't want.

They are unresponsive other than auto responses 36 minutes after order was made and you contact to cancel then get an auto response saying has to be within 2 hours and they are busy expect a response in 3 to 5 days but you said had to be within 2 hours. Statik is difficult to reach and offer no help at all. I feel stupid for ordering from them. As amazing as their products seem to be they are nowhere near worth the hassles and problems as it is just to get them ordered and delivered this road for me has started all the way back in September and now we're almost halfway through December and I made them terrible mistake of just trying to order the different items to make my order complete the way I intended it as it started and that has only caused me more problems and more money and I still don't have these orders or items. read their reviews I wish I did before I started this. I only ordered seven different items and I cannot describe what is turned into now.

Made a purchase on Nov 18 got charged shipping for DHL. Still have not receive my purchase. I contacted DHL and they tell me it’s due to the Canada post strike which makes no sense. Will not purchase from Statik again.

I buy 2 units. 1 I returned it due to a factory defect and when I received the replacement I had to pay €8 for customs when picking up the package!! And shortly after, the other unit I bought also stopped working. super dissatisfied and disappointed with the brand and its organization.
