Doesn't fit into my Android phone, or Galaxy phone or my work iPhone doesn't fit an apple either total waste of money

Products don’t perform as advertised. When I reach out for resolution my communication efforts are not answered. Going on 4 weeks now of an unanswered email and the person who does respond via text message continually states “sorry, I’m not in the loop”.

Customer service was soo slow . I received my delayed product before customer support contacted me from my escalated support ticket. I initially ordered 3 foot cords. Seemed good so I ordered 5 Foot cords for gifts for my kids going back to college and cords were delayed and could be t be given as the gift they were intended for. PLUS unknown to me your 3 foot and 5 foot cords are not compatible with each other. What a waste of money.

I’m not pleased with you. I’ve written many times about my package not arriving due to the return of my $50cd item which the USA Custom sent back. I did not receive a reply, nor a refund. 33872407185875827 (Snap-N-Charge™ Go Lightning)

Misdelivered on the first attempt. When the product finally did arrive it did not fit my phone as promised. Gifted the item to my kids who were not impressed.

The loading Speed with the cable ist much slower than other cables. Independent of the charging Plug ist the Speed Not satisfying

I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF MY REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS!!!!!!! I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS REGARDING THE ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASED!!!!!! I HAVE RECEIVED AUTO REPLY EMAILS AND AN EMAIL WITH THE EXCUSE THAT THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK. THE EMAIL I SENT REGARDING MY BOONE CONDUCTION HEADPHONES HAS ONLY RECEIVED AN AUTO REPLY!!!!! IF MY EXPERIENCE IS NOT SOME RARE ANOMALY AND THERE ARE NOT A MULTITUDE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUES I AM, I FAIL TO SEE HOW YOUR COMPANY IS THE FASTEST GROWING SMALL TECH COMPANY. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT IN WAITING OVER TWO MONTHS. DO NOT SEND ME A REPLY THAT REQUESTS THAT I EXPLAIN ONCE AGAIN THE ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCTS THAT I PURCHASED. SIMPLY FIX THE ISSUES BY SENDING THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS! I reported an issue with two Statik 360 Pro 1lcharging cables, that included photos as requested. Both of which the magnets on the end broke. I received an email back stating my order was prepared and I would be receiving an email with the tracking number and the status of me order. Since, I did email back stating that I have not received such an update or tracking number and I have yet to receive my two charging cables. I am getting very frustrated as this has not been helpful nor expedited in any way.

Ordered a 5 pack of the 360 pro cables. All of the photos show an item which has a pink LED indicator, however all of mine have blue indicators. Either I've been sent the wrong item or they just straight up misrepresent their item. I've sent 5 requests for customer service and have only received an answer one time asking me for my order number which I replied with it (again) and it's been over a week, nothing. I'm about to just dispute the charge. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am sorry to say your shippment is very slow and not clear. I order three magnatic lighting heads in 20th of June and till today (30th Jul 24) did not arrive. Using your tracking number even more confusing!! it says item delivered on the 1st of Jul!! I like your cables, but poor shippment. Sorry

I ordered for your statik chargers before 2 months .till now I haven't received it.more over your company has taken nearly 40 $ from my account while ordering.. you are all really beggars .but really beggars don't rob money ..you are most worst beggars
