“I ordered two power banks from them, I am in Canada and I thought the shipping was going to be pretty straightforward but IT WASN’T. If you’re in Canada DO NOT order a power bank from them, you will never get it and if you forget that you ordered it they will never get back to you to let you know.
First time I ordered I added my correct address, I got the tracking number from DHL and after a week I receive an email saying that it had been delivered, well it wasn’t delivered to my house it was sent back to them and they didn’t take the time to let me know that. I waited for a week to hear from Canada Post telling me that they finally got my package (because I thought it was going to be delivered to Cañada Post at some point). After calling DHL they clarified that the package was sent back to them and that’s when I got annoyed. I sent an email explaining the issue (with screenshots and everything) to the customer service team and they first answer was: Congrats, your item has been delivered, AND IT WASN’T, it had been delivered back to them. So I got annoyed again. I sent them another email when they finally admitted that the package was sent back to them and they tried to ship it again. I hoped that this time will work, but it didn’t. It happened again, the package didn’t clear customs and it was sent back to them. Again they didn’t contact me at all, I sent them an email (actually two emails) until they finally issued my refund.
It might be a good company, and have good products but I WILL NEVER KNOW………”

“I was watching the site for months waiting on the right special. I ordered 2 for the price of one. Only one arrived reported my complaint by email twice and no one replied. Zero customer care but loads of advertising emails weekly. The magnet at times is to hard to pull out to put in different devises that is why I wanted 2 charging cables as the special advertised. Charging cord looks like it does as per advert and does charge but I recommend to get more then one depending on how many devises you have due to the hassle. Would I buy this product again, the answer is NO. Feeling disappointed 1 star”
