I know, I know. My bad. It didn't occur to me that a product advertised in and delivered to Australia would not be usable in Australia.
To make it even more annoying, the included cable is not a magnetic one, so it's useless to me because I switched to Statik magnetic system.
My association with this company may have come to an abrupt end.”
“I have purchased three Statik chargers and returned all of them. The first one lasted a year but the last one lasted only three months. All three of them broke apart at the swivel head. The company has replaced each of them. But I would personally not buy one again.”
“Terrible customer service. My charging cable never arrived on time. It took numerous emails, along with back and forth emails to resolve this issue. It took approximately 3 months to arrive

“The product is uncomfortable to use. The magnet is not stable and the device comes off easily, after the first use I already lost the connector head.
Furthermore, the charge is too fast, the phone overheats and you risk burning the battery.

I ordered something way back in 1st of august and it still has not arrived. I've sent several emails stating this fact. They have not replied to one. I canceled a second order 3hrs after placing order. They sent the canceled order anyways, even after me sending several emails stating this order was canceled. This company does not care about customer service or reliability. I've lost more than one hundred and fifty dollars. And they have done nothing to return my money. Their service is completely unreliable. Do not trust them!!!”

“My initial purchase was great but eventually, one of the magnets fell out of a cord. So I ordered more and was disappointed this time. Someone decided to save a little money by using weaker magnets that don't hold in place as well as the original cords. It's a shame, I really liked the original model. I guess I'll have to find a different brand to use.”
“I've purchased a few items end of August and have yet to receive anything. I got an e-mail telling me the delivery was not possible, and the items would be sent back. After numerous attempts of contacting support, I have yet to receive an answer or my money back.
So I can hardly say anything about the items themselves, but the service needs a lot to be desired!!!”
