“I have an order that I still have not recieved nor have received any notification on why it has never been sent in. And I recieved part of an ordeer of an IPhone 14 case but sence it took so long I no longer have an IPhone 14 phone. I want to return this order and cancel the charger. This back and forth by email is inefficient way to deal with customers.”
“No disclosure that the items ship from CHINA! My lord, this has been absurd. Ordered in mid November and we are five days from Christmas and nothing. I have received a dozen email telling me the order is on the way, yet each time I check the tracking the order it's sitting at customs in China. A joke.”

“I placed an order on November 21. Still have not received it and no update of where the item is. I received an email on November 27 confirming the item has been shipped. I waited till December 12 to follow up with your customer service. No response after a few days. I emailed your customer service again. Finally got a response yesterday asking for my address and details. Still waiting for my item and/or a response.

“I ordered the Statik 360 pro cable on 9/10/2024 and received the item on 12/8/2024 so it took 3 months to receive the item. Email contact sends generic repetitive emails. When I was able to communicate with someone they stated the item was sold out and they were waiting for the cables to be restocked. I was offered a 35% discount on my next order for the inconvenience but will not be ordering anything from Statik due to this terrible experience. I also continued to get emails from Statik about the product even if the product was not available, so that just increases the negative customer experience for those ordering the cable when it was sold out and if I waited 3 months I can’t imagine how long someone that ordered after me would have to wait. Poor service and I would not recommend ordering from this company.”
“My experience with this company and the product I purchased is absolutely horrible.
Bought a charger cord and it stopped working the third day I had it. I requested help from customer support. Nobody has responded in a week. I am still trying to get this cord replaced and I have reached out three separate times with no response no reply.
I would’ve never purchased from this company if I knew this is the type of customer satisfaction that they provide. I will not recommend this to my friends.”

“I have placed two orders, the first order 3 months ago. I still have not recieved either order. $ times now they have sent it out for delivery but they delivered it back to themselves. They then have to start a new order and ship again. It is very frustrating dealing with their customer service team. They really need to figure things out.”
