“I never write reviews but this experience has been quite horrible. I placed an order during Black Friday weekend and it's 2025 and still haven't received my order. I can't get a hold of anyone at the company and the tracking number goes to some Chinese shipping company that can't even track the package without some weird error. I never had this happen my entire. I've always gotten a hold of someone for some type of explanation or recourse. Everyone everywhere needs to be aware that they take your money and never ship the product. This was being shipped to Chicago.”

They do send shipping updates, but there is no expected delivery date, just that it is ‘on time’. I just checked and it is in my state, so I might get it before Christmas.
I wasn’t expecting Amazon fast, but three and a half weeks is incredibly slow.”
