“I can't review the product that I ordered because I have not received it. I ordered it on 12/9/24, and the shipping info said it would take 7 to 10 days to receive, it is now 1/11/25. I have received at least 2 emails from them every day, since placing my order, asking me to buy more products. I have contacted them 3 times about my order, and they finally responded after the 3rd request saying I would get it eventually. I don't have high hopes. And even if I do eventually receive it, and it is the best thing ever, I will never order anything from them again. The fact they sent me a review request, knowing I haven't received their product yet, shows just how terrible their customer service is.”
“This was not recently but I have purchased from static twice both times the fast charging cable worked fine for approximately 2 weeks the went to slow charging and on occasion even reverse charged. Static even though I said I didn't want a replacement sent one and the same thing happened.”

70 days ago I placed an order, paid for it in full, still waiting for it, and the customer service is quite dismissive. The tracker on my parcel which supposedly came from China ends in Illinois which coincidentally is where Statik company is from.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Please report them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud”
