“Their customer service is practically nonexistent. Then finally after more than a month and after a later order showed up first. I finally got the wrong order. I’m not trying to deal with little to no customer service and late, wrong orders. I’m done with this company.”

“I wish I could rate it a zero out of five. I haven't received updates on the order since the day of purchase (12/15/2024). The tracking number only gave me an error message stating that no tracking information was available for the item. Contacting customer service gave me an automated message that did not address my concerns. I've been trying to contact them for days, but there is still no response.
You're better off buying other products somewhere else.”
“I advise that you try to get delivers out faster. You're study selling, selling and selling NO DELIVERIES. I can't rate what I don't have. Seems to me you're getting ahead of yourself. Not happy at all. Maybe I need to warn people NO SHOW MERCHANDISE hold on ordering. You also gave me a non reachable tracking number.”
“I won't order from you again. I ordered in early December; your order emails said everything is processed in 24 hours and I would get shipping confirmation. Not of that happened. I wrote several times to different customer service emails but it took weeks before I got the first of several boilerplate "we're rushed right now" emails. It was after Christmas before I got the first two shipping confirmations, but China Post said the tracking numbers were invalid. The third (on Jan. 9, for a 12/1/24 order) linked on the third try but said my package was at least 2 weeks away, It showed up on Tuesday, 1/14 -- shipped from a personal name/address in Chicago???? That was only 1 item of the 6 i ordered; the other 5 were shipped separately and I have no idea where they are. Bottom line: your emails implied they would come in 2 weeks (they were Xmas presents), never said they would eventually be sent from China, and it tooks weeks to get customer service responses -- which were usually wrong. You won't fool me a second time. Instead of spending all your money on flashing social media ads, you need to clean up your organization.”

“I made my purchase in November and I still haven't received the email letting me know that my items have shipped. I have contacted customer service three times. Twice, I received emails letting me know that orders have been extremely high but they are doing their best to catch up and thanking me for my patience. The third email was never answered. I am guessing because I informed them that my patience had run out and I just wanted a refund since the items had never shipped. I am also doing this as a Google and Yelp review because this is not cool.”
“I ordered the items on 12/10/2024. As of today 01/13/2025 they still have not arrived. So I have no comments to make about the items but I can say I will not be ordering anything else since there is such a delay in receiving items.”

“Well, I wouldn't know, since I never received the projects. Pretty fast shipping from China, untill it reached their last mile delivery parter, Fast Horse Express (more like Dead Donkey). This courier service is so bad that even Temu gives you the option not to use them. So after 2 attempts (where they didn't ring the doorbell or tried phoning me they sent it back to China. No worries, Statik organised another delivery, this time gave them my work address. Same results, courier tried to deliver after hours to find noone at the office and sent it back to China. So instead of us wasting each others time again, requested a refund. Took weeks for Statik to respond to that, but they promissed they will refund my money. A week later, still no update or refund.”
“Very poor advertising and customer service communication. Need to let buys know up front what to expect so we can make better decisions whether or not to purchase your product. NOT STOCKED IN USA! You used 2 different email addresses & automated type responses for status update. Product arrived 35 days after ordered. By then lost interest in product all together - who cares if it’s a good product or not if you’re left wondering if you’d been scammed!”
“Not as advertised. The magnet is not strong enough to keep the Statik power pack in place. So, you have to be very, very careful not to bump it. Also, it has less than half a phone charge, not one full phone charge as advertised. And I didn't like how I couldn't track my order and the order took about 3 weeks to deliver.”
