“I ordered my products over a month ago and still haven't received them. I can't even locate a tracking number or get anyone on the phone to assist me”
“I thought these items were shipping from the USA, no, they came from overseas so it took a long time to receive. I've emailed the company 3 times now to help me understand which of their plugs that go into the wall I need in order to use these items, NO Response. So, I haven't used my cords as I don't have the right chargers for the cords. I don't know if the cords are worth it. The customer services is beyond horrible. I will not purchase again from this company!”

“La pire des expériences avec Statik. J'ai passé une commande de plus 80€ le 13 Octobre 2024, et aujourd'hui on est le 6 Janvier 2025, et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande.
J'ai contacté le support client qui ne répond qu'au bout de deux semaines après les avoir envoyé mon e-mail pour les demander des informations, ils m'ont assuré qu'ils ont eu quelques retards avec ma commande mais qu'ils s'en occupaient...
Ras le bol des demandes de suivi avec toujours la même réponse, j'ai décidé de leurs demander l'annulation de cette commande et de me rembourser mon argent sinon je portais plainte.
C'est par cette occasion que j'ai reçu la notification de la validation de ma commande et depuis lors je n'ai rien reçu pour le moment.
Alors ma surprise à été grande quant cette entreprise malhonnête me renvoie un email me demandant de laisser un commentaire, au début je ne voulais pas mais peut-être que partager ma pire expérience évitera à certains de mettre leurs argent dans cette entreprise.”

“Your company has no idea what the true value of a customer is! You have the most insensitive approach to customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. It took a month to get what little I ordered and 1 of the 2 power banks I ordered won't charge all the way! You only get one chance to make a first time impression and you wasted yours on a one and done purchaser.”
