“I placed 2 orders a couple days apart. When I asked for a tracking number I received the same number for both orders. I received st123948 but not order st123085. I texted saying what I received. They came back saying they were both in package. As far as I'm concerned they stole $46.15 from me.”
“The customer service is extremely slow. Took way over a month to fix my issue and get my product. Product was nothing special. Not worth the cost or hassle.”
“The cables are great. The problem is the outlets you plug them into. Weather its the phone plug, a general fast charging plug or a power strip with USB plugs everything says it's slow charging.”
“Place two orders, one on 11/30/24 and a second on 12/1/24. So far only two items have been delivered from the November 30th order and none from the December 1st order. Plus one of the items delivered from the November order is the wrong item (incorrect charger). NUMEROUS emails sent to customer support with no responses to 99% of them. Terrible service! Don't know about the product quality since they do not deliver.”

“I ordered 13 products on Dec 12, 2024. It is Feb 4, 2025 and I've only received 1 out of 13 products. Refund request in process, but based upon estimated delivery timelines I may not see it until 2026. It took customer service multiple email exchanges to even realize there was a problem since they saw 1 shipment against my order, but it was only for 1 product; they assumed all products were shipped. Not a good operation.”
“For Christmas I ordered three 360 Pro cables with three free Pro cables along with two Magnetic Tips packages the first week on December. I received a partial delivery January 8, 2025, which was the Tips and a "gift". After multiple emails STATIK has not corrected the shortage. There was no problem with my order in 2023, but my December 2024 order has not been completed. Based on my interactions with customer service, I would not recommend purchasing from STATIK.”
“Statik has great products but terrible, unresposive customer service. I ordered the wrong item and requested a refund/exchange via the Statik customer support page website multiple times over a period of weeks with no response. I could not find a phone number to call customer service. I even sent an email directly to customer support an received an automated relpy that someone would reach out in 3 to 4 days due to heavy volume. That has come and gone without a reply. It's a shame that Statik has great products but terrible customer support.”
