“Have been emailing for well over a month .. I have issues with the pro cable as I bought for data transfer but laptop does not recognize any of the devices I plug into with the cable. It charges from the laptop, proving it is connected. I have sent videos but have chased up over a dozen times, and they finally answer, only to tell me which cable does data transfer .. I again tell them my issue, they then as for video proof which sent a month and half ago .. so I sent again .. and again no answer ..”
“Paid a little over $50.00 for my merchandise on December 13th. According to them items were sent December 24th. It's now January 28th and I still don't have my items. Every time I send an email they tell me the same thing. Rest assured your items are on the way. I say bull_ _ _ _!”

“The charger is just a charger, nothing special. The magnetic quick disconnect cables slowly lose speed, I'll connect and it says 45 min. until full. 10 seconds later, 1 hr. until full. Like that, until it settles at a steady 2 hrs. The multiple spam emails per day are extremely annoying on top of it. Never ordering again, unsubscribing, and clearing my cookies just to make sure.”

“Customer service is as bad as they get. It appeared a joke to them that more than 2 weeks after ordering their product I was finally forced to buy a charger from a local retail store. Their answer to "Where is my order, you've had the use of my money for almost two weeks yet I can't get an answer from you if my order has even shipped". Finally 2 days before it arrived, I was told basically to be patient, it was shipped. Disrespectful with a" could care less attitude". Don't expect any help if your order is very slow in coming or lost.”
