“The first time I dealt with Static they were very good but the second time when I bought a multicharger plug that didn't take my 2 pin shaver which is a major fault in my book. I contacted them & asked for some advice or help I have now waited six weeks & no reply so it looks like I should have listened to those others who said their customer service is diabolical they are right!. If any of you read my reveiw on trust pilot please disregard it I was wrong & I will be updating or deleting it if I can. Michael acts as if he's your mate, he's not & I shall be unsubscribing, very very unhappy :0(”

Newsletter erhalte ich ständig, aber Antworten auf meine Anfragen selten, nach mehrmaligem Erbitten. Sie werben mit blitzschnellem Aufladen, allerdings nur über usb port. Ihre Kabel sind USB-C. Entweder stellt blitzcharger für USB-C her oder wirbt nicht mit schnellem Laden. Die stinknormalen Adapter laden genauso schnell wie ihre Produkte. Betrug”
“I’d give 0 stars if I could. Product is garbage. Doesn’t even have one charge for my phone and overheats so bad it burned my hand. I’ve tried to contact customer service numerous times and the only response I got was saying they were sending a replacement when I just want my money back. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. The replacement took over a month to arrive. I threw both in the garbage”

“Cable stopped working and I had to return. I ordered directly via statik. The return process is painful. You must send the cables back at your own expense and if you don’t pay extra for some sort of shipping tracking number they will outright deny the return.”
“My order has not arrived after two months. They use some shady shippers who claim to have delivered with no evidence. Tracking page was in Italian and impossible to switch to English or understand. I had ordered before and loved the product but I feel scammed now.”
