“Too many issues to overcome in order to access the courses. • Need to make sure you have certain internet restrictions turned off. I literally had to go to a different building with a different wifi router just to sign in and do my course! • Certain settings for different devices depending on how you want to access your course • Even after paying I still wasnt able to do my course until I made even more changes to my device settings • Couldnt access the app suggested to me to download my course to try and do it offline Thankfully the customer service team members I spoke to were quick to respond and very helpful. Fortunately for STCW.Online they are one of the only websites that offer online courses but it was terrible having to jump through so many hoops and then pay £80 for what is reality is a very basic online course. My thanks to Merel, who helped me access my online account and course”
