Good day Sonora, We are sorry you feel that way. Some video's might seem to be outdated, capturing the essence has remained the same; Teaching and explaining human behavior during emergency situations. Thank you for taking several courses with us and we hope to see you back. Safe sailing and Happy Holidays! The STCW.online team

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! And sorry for the delay, the ID checks are done though a third party service which is not always with our control. Good to hear our support department could help you! Kind regards, John & the STCW team
