“The course is good if you want just a fancy certificate to look at. I'm rating it with one star because it is not recognized by the Portuguese Maritime Authorities as stcw certified. In order to Renew my CoC ETO I need all other stcw valid certificates such as Crowd Management, basic safety, first aid, etc . It happens that they do not recognize these online training courses as legit. Bottom line these training courses are not considered legit for legal matters in Portugal, it was a waste of money and time.”

Hello Marco Antonio, Thank you for your comment and congratulations passing your Crowd Management training. ETO (Electro Technical Officer) is a course we do not offer as it is a vocational training and cannot not be done online. Referring to the Portuguese Maritime Authorities is therefore irrelevant in this case. Kind regards STCW.online team.
