“I enjoyed the course. Thank you. The only negative feedback is that it would be nice to be given the correct answer once an incorrect answer has been given. That way the learner could gain even more knowledge.”

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! And thank you for your suggestion, however, a participant is allowed to take a re-test in case he or she fails the first time. Giving the correct answers would make this a bit to easy I'm afraid. Kind regards, John & STCW.online team

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! The time required to finish a course greatly depends on ones maritime experience and knowledge of English. Good to know both were more than adequate at your end! Kind regards, John & STCW.online team

“Some questions on the assessment are quite debatable and different answers could be considered correct. Some parts in the course are not clear why it in the course and the questions in the course are strange attention questions. Not worth the 80 odd dollars...”

Hello Heiko, Thank you for your review. Sorry the course did not meet your expectations. All content is according the IMO modelcourse and has been audited and approved by the Shipping Authority. But we always strive to improve and you could do us a great favor by emailing the errors you have ran into. Please mail them to assistant@stcw.online. Many thanks and hope to see you back!
