“Need to have an option to edit certificate after you gave, or you need to strongly advice to make sure filling those name,nationality, birthplace and birthdate before allow print. This happened to me my certificate is now have some wrong errors And need to adjust it please allow me to edit. thanks”

Thank you for your review, we greatly appreciate it! When you sign up it is clearly stated that your details are required to issue a certificate. But mistakes happen and we are always more than willing to help and correct personal info. The reason that changes made by a learner do not reflect on the certificate after this has been issued is to avoid fraudulent actions. The STCW.online team

Thank you for your review, we greatly appreciate it! Actually, you can change your personal data in your dashboard but it will not reflect on your certificate after this has been generated. This setting is mandatory to avoid fraudulent actions. However, our support deck is more than willing to rectify a certificate in case an error. The STCW.online team
