“Not approved by MPA OR MCA ONLY LIBERIA NOT WORTH AT ALL”

Helpful Report

Good day Rajesh, Sorry you feel that way but we find your review somewhat unfair as it clearly states on our website the Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (PSSR) has been approved by Liberia and accepted by Panama (amongst many other countries). Wishing you safe sailing and kind regards, John & STCW support team

“I love how the system teaches online. I did a Security Awareness Course For Cruise Ships. Firstly, before signing-up, for safety i mailed their customer assitance and Emerald's responce showed me professionaly that this is legit and i was offered a "coupon code" for discount. I mailed back thanking and Ruan closed it with a "most welcome". On the course, I was taught from the beggining then the whole course and completly understood why security awareness is so important and why STCW is giving out its services. I passed and later signing-up to do basic training. I give 7.2 out of 5 because i choose knowledge and understanding than worrying about the price. Thank you for your services.”
