“I love the look of the lights. And the light that they cast on the area I’m illuminating. But, less than 18 months after installation, one of the lights has quit working. Ive checked the bulb and the wiring and everything there is ok. This is the first time I’ve had a fixture go bad. And, since it’s winter here, it’s not easy getting up and down off of a ladder to work on the fixture which is 12 feet off the ground. I haven’t checked on the warranty yet. I sure hope it’s covered.”

“EXCELLENT product quality. EXCELLENT. You know that term they don't make it like they used to? Well they DO make it like they used to and STEEL lighting sells that top quality thick steel usa made nice product. Very pleased. Price was fair and so glad product was not cheapened to satisfy some cost reduction strategy designed by some CFO looking to get a bonus by cost reductions and making the product cheaper. WANT CHINA? If you want a chinese knockoff at a cheap price. THis is NOT it. I wanted a great quality light at a fair price and was pleasantly surprise. SUGGESTIONS: The whole experience was excellent, however, the installation section where you twist the wires to go through the gooseneck could have been explained better. Was it okay to twist the wires so many times? Should we pre-twist then shove in the pipe? Anyway I did it twisty. BTW I appreciate the matching color mounting box that I bought being of metal and powder coated to match. That makes it. One ding, your color charts could be better on website. I bought green which arrived darker than how it looks glowy on the web. I almost didn't buy from you because the green on website looked too bright and cheap. It ended up near British racing green, a classic color, which is what I wanted. It is perfect what arrived. If in doubt reference the Pantone library. Some of us have those books and it would have been nice to know a pantone color for that green. Or others. SO I LOVE the light. Please don't change it. Don't hire a CFO, they kill companies. Keep building great products. I will be back for more. Over and out. Dave”

“I am really happy with the product, and really impressed with the process. My items arrived really well packaged, really quickly, and with none of the surprise fees that often come with ordering an item into Canada from a US supplier. Would happily order again (but I won’t have to, these things are built solid!)”

“We have not yet installed these on our new construction. But previous purchased fixtures have been great. I do have one (previously purchased) fixture that tends to turn with the wind occasionally and that's why I opted for the straight vs gooseneck.”

“I just returned a gooseneck stem. You told me in email I'll receive a FULL refund, but I haven't heard a word...like the product, don't like your refund policies. Thad Stewart”

“The lights are stunning when installed. The problem is out of the eight I’ve bought, 4 have had issues and caused extensive work replacing parts and reinstalling. So quality is my concern. When I call the company is responsive- hoping I get my replacement part and refund for the dusk to dawn which I don’t recommend you buy”
