“We’ve not yet installed the matte black Redondo exterior light fixture on our new garage, but I can say that the quality appears to be excellent and I am anxious to see it in place when the electrician is finally available! It was delivered more quickly than we anticipated, to our great pleasure, so we are ready whenever he is able to come.”

“Super great experience with customer service in addition to receiving the product very rapidly, plus it looks so nice. I messed up my order and realized it when I received the package (black vs matte black). Cecilia and team helped me correct it and got the item replaced in no time. Will order from Steel again !”

“Light Looks great and USA made is VERY important! I don't like that to go from 16" gooseneck to 23" gooseneck you get extension tube instead of a longer one piece. You can see the joint and if you need to adjust level it can separate there as NOT tapered thread and no way to loosen Goosneck to adjust without scratching paint. Should have a hex or flats near Flange NPT and be all one piece!”

“Gooseneck threads were poorly machined resulting in difficult/impossible assembly. Contact customer service who was quick to respond with new parts. New part required cleaning before assembly.”

“The product is of very high quality and installation was straight forward. In the future the four inch electrical box should be a mandatory inclusion as such a box with four mounting holes is not a common item in most electrical supply stores.”

“The lights I purchased look great, but customer service was AWFUL! I left SEVERAL messages over 2 days, as I had questions about some of the lights before making my purchase, and NEVER got a call back. So I did not purchase as many as I would have and bought them elsewhere.”
