“I had an unfortunate experience after shipping my dress to a buyer who kept my dress and requested a refund to PayPal which was granted without question and without returning my dress. Although it took a lot of back and forth with PayPal who was very challenging to get help from, I was supported by Still White throughout this experience. Bruno went above and beyond Still White’s policy to provide me the funds from the sale of the dress when it wasn’t returned or paid for by the buyer. The team clearly cares about the buyers and sellers who use their platform and I appreciate their help to resolve this issue.”

“StillWhite made it easy to sell my dress and communicate with potential buyers through 1-1 private messaging. Once I found a buyer the communication through the platform was seamless. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to pass on their dress to another bride!”

“It took three years for my dress to get an enquiry. Although I'm happy that it finally sold, a few things are a bit annoying. 1. Once the payment is made through the site, payment is "On Hold" until the buyer receives it. I don't think this is fair on the seller at all. Especially when the sale is international. So you could send your dress off, but not actually be paid for it for weeks if not longer. 2. The PayPal fees associated with sales of this amount are absolutely outrageous. Surely there is a way to receive payment and n I t be stung by hidden fees.”
