“Brooklyn Postal Service is always professional. I’ve shipped items out from here before but this was my first Stowfly experience. No issues and very straight forward. Will update as I get more packages delivered here”

“The process was quite smooth. I received the email with a code when the package arrived, went to the pick-up location, and 2 minutes later was walking out with my box. It was swift and I really appreciate the ability to send things to a secure location, as I’ve had multiple packages stolen from my home address lately. I’ll use it again!”

“A good concept but poorly executed, many of the stonefly locations are not suitable for package deliveries and are retail businesses, quite unprofessional, box’s sitting around the place, one of my orders was delivered next door because the location was closed and then went missing, don’t waste your time or energy”

“I started sending my packages here because they would get stolen from my building. I’ve sent a few so far during the past month and it has been very easy! I usually get a notification the day after it was delivered and pickup takes two seconds. Would recommend!”

“Sign up process was simple and fast. However, the address given after sign up and the address in the email was slightly different. Might be a bug. Notification and pickup from the store was pretty straightforward affair. I will definitely use their service again.”

“Overall really good customer service. The only thing that could be improved would be more emphasis on when the locations are closed and making sure that if the locations are in residential areas they are not closed during the usual delivery hours of major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon etc.”

“Few things you to think about: 1. No zip code was specified in the delivery address. I had to search for it at google map 2. When the seller's website has specific fields for first name and last name, it is impossible to mention the "c/o Stowfly" extension. I suggest having some guidance on how to specify the Stowfly affiliate when customer details are specific and the is no place for free text (maybe add it to the address line?). In my case, the receiving person couldn't know that package is Stowfly affiliate and had to make some phone call to confirm that (but package delivered well at the end)”

“Not great. The guy who was supposed to retrieve my package up on picking it up.. had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, or what stow fly was.. or how to like navigate obtaining my package. It was a round about back and fourth for a good 20 mins.”

“Very convenient only problem is that it’s not updated regularly so once you’re package is delivered head on over and they’ll update on the spot. Totally worth it”

“Couldn’t track the package properly and there was no alert when it got there, but I successfully and quickly got the package once I went to the pickup location. It was cheap and worked out in the end so I don’t really have complaints.”
