“Dear Stuhrling, thank you for allowing me to comment on your products. Some time ago now, I dropped my Winchester 3982 automatic skeleton watch and smashed the glass face, not even extensively, only a small part. The watch also stopped working. I ordered a new watch, a seastar this time which I fell in love with. Trying to get the skeleton watch repaired I gave it to a watchmaker. His verdict? He wrote ‘glass fragments damaged the fine teeth of works ( low quality movement used). ‘
I’m none too pleased, given that I have chosen a third Stührling watch now, when I could have paid a lot less for possibly a better quality watch.
I obviously hope that my Seastar watch works for a long time, but should it fail, I won’t be buying another Stührling I don’t think.
I have not even received my Seastar watch but given that the post is slow due to COVID that is not Stührling’s fault.”
“I bought the Maritime 935 watch, they advised it to be a unidirectional bezel, it's not, this is disappointing, it's not bad, but because they were short of honest, I won't buy another.”

Im actually sad as I would have liked to order more but unfortunately I got taxed an extra 190€ by customs which is just ridiculous.
The only reason I have put three stars is I mailed Stuhrling Support twice, immediately after purchase to change the shipping address before they sent the package and didn't do anything, even though it was correctly inserted on their web page at the time of the order.
Shows to me they just dont care.”

I really will appreciate some sort of feedback as to why there is a delay with the delivery of the watch to me.”
“I am always sceptical about quality of watches purchased online. I was abit sceptical about getting my first Stuhrling. However, I am glad I did. My Aviator 3916 was very well crafted and designed. I even showed my cousins who heaped praises on the watch. I looked forward to getting my 2nd watch when there is a sale.”
