I would love to have your watch. But incidentally I have not received as it is stuck with Indian Customs due to a name correction, which is resolved but the invoice copy needs a stamp and signature. If you could do the needful I would be glad to get the watch. Regards, Pramod Thilakan Karayil

I do like you range of watches but I don’t think I will be buying another one. The watch I bought from you I had to pay import duty and VAT. I returned the watch and now I am trying to get refund for the tax I paid which is very difficult. So on buying the watch has left me out of pocket by around of £45 of which £22 is of import duty and VAT and £22 for insuring the watch on returning. I already own 2 of you watches which I’ve now had for a number of years which I bought on Amazon.

The website did not list the currency I was shopping in. So my actual cost came out to be quite a bit more. Also, since the purchase was from a foreign country (which was not made apparent), they charged me a large duty fee. I left a voicemail with the support phone number, but it was never returned. I refused delivery and the products will be sent back for a refund.

Do you watch loop connector for the chain broke off within three hours and got lost. The big hand in the little hand are very hard to see unless you’re in very good light. I gave the watch to my daughter so she could learn to tell time. But overall I was disappointed in the quality of the watch

My watch has been loosing time everyday... I have called several times but to no avail... Have tried to send msgs no luck. Put watch in shop but they can't fix. Today I have even left a msg. What do I need to do to get some attention. Jim Dominey 678 776 9779

With all due respect, the experience has been disappointing. I had bought an automatic watch from a chain of online stores in Brazil and had to return it because I thought the machine was defective or was forged, but it was not forged, information confirmed by the manufacturer. But as I liked the design, I preferred to import two automatics. Unfortunately, the watches lock or stop working in full use, that is, on the wrist. Although it is necessary to "wind it up", although it is automatic, the mechanism stops. There is no power reserve, it seems. Anyway, disappointing. I had never purchased a bad product from the USA, but there is always the first time, for everything in life. Perhaps because the machine is assembled in China or Hong Kong. Here in Brazil, products that are manufactured in these two countries are terrible. But I believe that a company can improve significantly, after all it is a recent company. In any case, I hope that Sturhling can establish itself in the watch market as a manufacturer of quality products, although the ones he has bought leave something to be desired. Order no 1018747 Price 135$ watch price+25$ FedEx charges. Good reached destination Ghana customs and other charges 121$. I mailed regarding but no reply from the company as no where it was mentioned it was subject to customs charges at destination. Horrible experience and a bad way to kill the brand reputation.

I ordered a watch as a gift for my son. On opening it, he loved it! Unfortunately, the second hand catches on the minute hand and both stop. My son contacted customer service and was told that there would be a $40 fee for shipping and repair. As the watch is new, he replied that he could simply return it for no cost. He is still working with customer service to resolve this. I am disappointed in the product not working out of the box and then a hassle to resolve it is very poor customer service. I would not order from Stuhrling again.

Not worth the price .. the dials not properly visible .. the watch stops working even if you don't use it for one night .. made a mistake purchasing this watch.

My account was hacked after making a purchase online thur your website I have emailed your company to check there security for online purchases NEVER got a response I was disappointed by that I only ask as a customer that you do your best to ensure a safe website and purchase environment for your customers

The design is ok, i like it, and it's why I decided to buy. But, as I received the product, I found that the long needle (minute pointer) of the watch was missing (there was only the short needle, the hour pointer). I sent email to Stuhrling, but haven't got a response yet. I also realized that the printing font on the watch surface is quite blurred, not sharp. It's not as luxury as seen on the website. I'm awaiting the response about the missing of the long needle.
