“People please buy heat packs this time of year...lesson learned the hard way! My 6 string of pearls plants were absolutely full and glorious, wrapped perfectly, but dead! FROZEN! I actually cried. Good review because they did everything rightInwas in the wrong...dead wrong! Truly Sad, Laurie”

“Price and selection are so much better than at local stores. Despite terrible weather that effected delivery by a few days, my 5 plants were all in great shape on arrival. They each came in little pots. I watered them but I'm letting them sit the recommended 30 days before repotting. I don't foresee any issues. They look very healthy.”

“I ordered just prior to arctic cold hit and just knew it would be frozen beyond revival. Thankfully, it was Packed carefully with 96 hr heat pack. It had gotten cold, however, and I was afraid at first look, but I followed directions included and within 24 hrs it was warm, green and happy again😍. Yep, will definitely order again, but watch weather next time🥶!”

“This is a testament to the plants that Succulents Depot has. I found a mother of thousands and a mother of millions and very happily ordered them. I didn't realize that the delivery would be during the polar vortex. That was a HUGE mistake on my part. I ended up making sure all notifications were on and good thing too since the USPS left them in my mailbox. I got them in, potted, and hanging out near my teapot/running dishwasher for heat and a bit of humidity. I lost a couple outer leaves but they are perked up and look amazing! I highly recommend plants from Succulents Depot.”
