“Plant was supposed to arrive the 19th and arrived the 21st, when arrived it was covered in dirt and at the bottom of the nursery pot. Roots were dry but salvageable.”

“Arrived in good condition. The black aeonium was limp but now better after a drink. Beware to open package outside. A couple of gnats hitched a ride and flew out when i opened the box in my kitchen.”

“All looked good except my crown of thorns. I planted it in a pot as soon as I received it. 3 of the 5 leaves were yellowish and quickly lost those leaves”

“This is my first time ordering from Succulent Depot. The plants were in relatively good condition, however I was not impressed by the packaging. I’ve ordered several times from ordinary people from their homes and received other plants with better packaging. There was no real damage, although there was loose dirt in the box. All in all I am happy with my purchase.”

“My plants were all packaged well! My VSOP was pretty soaked when it arrived and a week later it totally died. I didn’t water it all all and it just wasn’t happy being so wet. My other two small plants are doing well.”
