“2/3 plants came in good condition. The 3rd was dismembered and dry and after a week of back and forth communication, I was finally given a replacement. Pics are pretty accurate and I do love the plants I got. Prices are fair and they have a good selection.”

“I was really delighted to receive these succulents as they are rare to find and much pricier on other sites, however I noticed that a lot of the plants I received had damage which existed pre-boxing. There were gouges in the outer leaves of the Scarlet Echeveria which suggested either over-crowded growing conditions or bugs (I managed to trim these, so all good). The cast-offs from the Jellybean plant (I expected cast-offs from shipping) were moldy, which was especially weird because of the faster than expected order-ship-arrival time (I'd expect sick plant parts to be nursed instead of left in their castings). Still better than expected because one of the non-moldy leaves propped in the shipment so bonus 'Beans! The String of Dolphins I received has weird spots where you can clearly see cuttings had been taken to propagate (I expect this to become less obvious as it continues to grow). The variegated String of Pearls I was extraordinarily pleased with as they were well-preserved and I had not seen variegated String of Pearls anywhere else. Overall, it was a mixed bag but I'm still happy I received my plants as they are still alive and well, but I wish that they were treated with a little more care. May order separately in the future to see if single plants are more carefully packaged.”

“package took longer than it should have and was damaged not any fault on your part it was USPS. I lost one of the baby toes plants and tip of ice plant the remaining plants we're great. I will order again in the future. Lynn”

“The plants were a little beat up during shipping but the only reason this is not 5 stars is because the plants were basically cuttings and maybe I was wrong but was expecting more of an established plant (not big in size just the root system). I have ordered from here before and love it.”

“My String of Hearts was fine but my variegated String of Pearls was SOPPING wet. I understand that when shipping, sellers don’t want the plants to dry out but with a succulent like SOP, especially a variegated which is even more valuable, they really shouldn’t let them sit in water. I disassembled the whole thing, let the ones that were possibly salvageable sit out for a day, and repotted. Hopefully a few survive!”

“A couple friends told me about your company..They love your succulents and I had been wanting to get some.. So I thought I would give your company a try.. I don’t give anybody or any company a 10 or 5 stars because I always say nobody is perfect or there is room for improvement.. I received my order pretty fast..One looked pretty sad when I opened it up.. But I gave them a little water and let them sit for a couple days.. potted them and they are doing great.. I even ordered 5 more plants a couple days later.. Can’t wait to get them and so excited for my new adventure..I will also be telling people about your company.. Thanks again.. Tina”

“Smaller than expected and it came with the plant inside the soil so I had to repot the whole thing. It might had been a hard ride here. The plant bounced back tho!”
