“Plants arrived alive and healthy, except for the Crassula "Calico Kitten" plant that was packed poorly so it came with 1/3 broken branches on the top and had to be cut off. I'd recommend adding a protective cupfor shipping plants with taller & crunchier branches.”

“My monkey tail cactus are doing great. They customer service was top notch and replaced 4 pups that had issues most likely due to travel because the rest are doing really well. I have the potted up on a seeding heat mat and already can tell the roots are starting to take to my dirt. Thank you for your help I will be back.”

“Succulents Depot is my Happy Place! I have been ordering from here for a year now and I love it! My plants are always healthy and wrapped beautifully. My last order came in bubble wrap!! The service is great. Every time I have ever emailed them, I get a quick, friendly response. As long as I have a little money to spare and a place to put them, I will be ordering from here! I have gotten a wee bit low on space though. I have plants kn every room of our little house!”

“Pretty sure the plants I got had either spider mites in them or aphids. Not happy. Edit: Succulents Depot reached out and graciously offered to make things right, even after I had failed to reply to a follow up email. Moral of the story; don't be afraid to reach out if there's a problem with your order. Will be ordering again.”
