“I was very nervous ordering a live Christmas cactus in the middle of December, but I was So IMPRESSED with how they wrapped and boxed this cactus!! It arrived in beautiful condition!! So impressive!!! I will definitely order from them again. I was so impressed that I posted pictures of the boxing and plant on a cactus fb site and many people ordered from them because of how well it arrived & my recommendation!! I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism with your live plant.”

“The cuttings are basically in good shape, a little dry and my heat packs didn’t quite work long enough because I did get a dead frozen one out of the 10 I bought. Attached is a photo of the dead one & some of the healthy ones I would purchase from them again.”

“Although my Christmas cacti arrived a tad late they were a very pleasant surprise! They were packaged to keep their delicate body shielded from the travels of USPS and also against the cold while in transit. They were individually potted, and once again wrapped to avoid any damage to the fragile leaves. I would definitely buy from Succulent Depot again.”

“From ordering to delivery Succulents Depot was very good… how ever using the USPO and our mail carrier is of concern. This carrier has been in question for my entire neighborhood since COVID. The pkg was damaged, and wet. I waited for the delivery that day because of the incompetence of this carrier. I had to ask for the pkg. She didn’t even deliver it. One plant was broken and the others small and missing part of its top. I am not really sure who is responsible here. I planted the cacti and am nursing them to grow and live. I am thinking they will be ok. Coming from CA to MI in mid December is quite a journey. I appreciate your efforts and would order from you again. Thank you!”
