“Beautiful and healthy starters. Arrived packed really well. Heat packs were still warm upon arrival. I was nervous ordering plants in the winter but they arrived in perfect condition!”

“Wow, I find it unfortunate that your 5th Star is "Very Good"? "Excellent" should be a choice as well. I know that succulents and cacti are a hardy bunch, but the quality of the specimens I ordered were all the photos showed and more! As always this time of year you dread shipping over several days with cold, below freezing weather. The option of a heat pad is an excellent idea. After a five day delivery time it was still generating heat on the eight day when we threw it away. Now I am trying to find more spaces around my house and yard where I can fit more of what you have to offer.”
