“4/6 plants I've gotten came to me in bad shape. I had to save all of them. I didn't pay to SAVE a plant (though I have for the most part); I paid for a healthy plant. Also the customer service was terrible when I was trying to refund the half dead plants I received. In the end they still only refunded me for a plant and a half.... 🙃🙃🙃 Will never order from here again.”

“Both my Graptoveria Titubans Variegated arrived looking a little rough, with broken and cracked leaves. My Fred Ives both had bugs tucked in the middle leaves. After some bug spay and a grow light they are all recovering. Have not had issues with previous orders. Just this one.”

“The prices were good and the plants were healthy. It wasn't shipped for 7 days but the plants were packed well and arrived safely. One plant had a stem broken but I am rooting it. Sedum takesimense Atlantis™ Variegated lost a lot of leaves but there are lots of offshoots growing, and I believe it is dormant this time of year.The Monanthes polyphylla is the healthiest one I have ever seen.”
