“All succulents were fairly intact when received. Although the Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi 'Majestic Scallops' were quite damaged and bruised. And I’m about to loose 3 more leaves on one of the plants. The other 3 have lost all leaves. I’m trying to cut it back but allow it to recover from the shipping trauma also.”

“I ordered 4 cactus and a heating pouch to keep them warm. (It’s very cold where I live right now.) When I received the items, the pouch wasn’t warm at all. On top of that the dirt from the pots was in the bottom of the box they were shipped in, the cactus had no soil in their pots. I had to repot all 4 of the cactus. I just hope they live. It’s too early to tell right now,”
