“I have ordered a few times and have been happy with my orders, however my last order came extremely small and wilted. 3 days after I got the order I noticed that my plants were covered in mealy bug's with the exception of my monkey tail cactus cuttings. The monkey tail cactus cutting came healthy and are doing well.”

“Cute little Easter cactus! Heat Park was hard as a rock but plants were well packaged and survived! Purchased a Christmas cactus a few months ago from here and it's blooming right now. Will stick with Succulent Depot for online plant purchases -had two unfortunate D.O.A. arrivals from other sites.”

“Out of all the plants I ordered, one casualty, I think it froze on the trip. I am including pictures. I was disappointed I think it was the string of pearls, I really can't tell. Do/will you replace the one that did not make it? I know I ordered one of those heat pads also, but it still looks damaged. I waited a few days to see if it was going to get better, but, I don't think it's going to make it.”
