“This was my 3rd order from them and all my plants arrived healthy and happy. I really love Fire Sticks. The string of bananas was bare root which I loved because I was able to replant them all around their pot.”

“Plants looked a little droopy and I real quick got them in a pot. And wal-la they perked up within an hour. They have grown already twice their size. I am very impressed with their plants. I will buy from them again.”

“Didn’t like how they wrapped the plants and shove them in a box and they didn’t look well and I saved them”

“Plants wrapped in paper only. No pots or way to maintain moisture or way to allow light into box. Plants had yellowed and lost leaves after arrival.”

“My only complaint. The plants were very dry, the mini pot's soil was crumbly dry. I had to soak them in a small bowl overnight to hydrate them. They look very good now, but if I had not opened that box and taken action immediately they would had been terminal. May I suggest putting them in a plastic bag instead of just wrapping in paper? That way they wont dehydrate in transit. I bought 7 different tradescantias, 2 of them were just wrapped in paper, no pot,if it makes a difference.”

“Shipping was fast, Packing was secure. Took a few days for them to recover. Not sure about 2 of them, still looking distressed and a bit brown on the edges. Time will tell. Thank you.”
