“Due to no fault of you, my order went across the country and back. Took about 10 days, so they were not in the best condition when they arrived. Working to rehab them and will see what happens.”

“Received my plants in good time. They appear to be in good condition and I'm following instructions for them. They were packaged well but a little dry when I got them. I gave them each a little water and am watching to see how they grow. So far, no complaints.”

“if the cactus was put into a paper cup, there would have been less damage to the piece. t leaves were knocked off. it trying to recover now. i hope it makes it.”

“Both of the plants arrived in great condition, (schumbera buckleyi and orchid cactus curly locks). I purchased the 120 hour heat packs for both orders and opted for USPS Priority and they came all the way to NH just fine.”

“The Christmas cactus babies I ordered arrived very healthy and without incident. They were packaged well and are now enjoying their new home in my breakfast nook window. “It took a while to receive my order of 4 items, three of my succulents were in great shape but one.. I think it needs improvement in packaging the succulents and a better way to secure the dirt and protecting the leaves.”

“The order was quickly delivered, but the packaging wasnt good, the items are not that impressive compared to the other seller. Old and dried leaves still attached. There is a big difference on what are in the pictures vs the actual products. It looks like they just grab and pack without passing thru quality control.”
