“Cacti were well-wrapped, & therefor survived the box being crushed during transport/delivery. They're doing well, along with our previously purchased prickly pear. Fabulous service, great products, very helpful information online & with the delivered items, excellent customer service. Nothing in the Houston area comes close!”

“When I first placed my order, I forgot to include a heat pack. I sent an email inquiring on adding it to my order and Sylvia was very helpful. She helped update my order to ensure I would receive my new string of hearts in great condition. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will for sure be ordering again in the future.”

“This is my second purchase from Succulents Depot and once again, I'm super-pleased with my order. My succulents arrived quickly (I live on the east coast) in healthy condition (a couple of leaves fell off from shipment, though that's no fault of the seller; the fallen leaves can be propagated). The variegated string of pearls in particular was super full and gorgeous. Will definitely shop here again!”

“I was in awe of the size of the plant and extremely satisfied with my purchase. It was a couple of days late arriving and was worried about the condition but it was just fine very little damage All in all will definitely order from you again”

“This is my first time ordering plants online and I was very nervous. Plants came in in perfect condition. I was expecting for some dead foliage because the plant did come in after a week but there were no dried pearls and everything was intact. The plants were very healthy! And it was packaged well. All in all Im very impressed. Will be ordering more soon!”

“This was my first order from Succulents Depot. Received some great plants. A little nervous about the monkey tail cuttings - keeping my fingers crossed they root and thrive. Two plants were potted but lost most of their soil in transit; opening the package was a mess. Luckily they didn’t seem to suffer and both are looking good. Will likely order again, considering I seem to have no self-control. 😬🙄😉”
