“The plants seemed to be okay, but the packing was poor. The soil was so dry that I basically received bare root plants with a box of dirt. The plants had too much space in the box to bounce around and lose their dirt. I was planning on canceling immediately, but I am going to give it one more delivery (August) and see if maybe this was an anomaly. If August comes as poorly packed, then I will probably cancel.”

“This was my 1st time buying from Succulents Depot. I was worried about ordering plants online and having them delivered but some of the plants I never seen and needed them. They arrived sooner than I expected and all were carefully packed. I ordered 14 but only 2 looked like they had a rough ride. After watering them and giving them a few days, they look happy. 1 is still looking a little rough though. SD provides a guarantee on their plants just in case you can’t bring them back to health after shipping.”
