“Plant arrived completely dead and only wrapped in paper. I tried to reach out to support the next day, March 5th and it's now March 11th... no reply. I tried to save it since I've saved a lot of plants out my 150+, but was unsuccessful. Very sad because this is such a beautiful plant. I will definitely not buy from this company again.”

“As advertised they arrived bare root. It was stated a single plant but actually got 8. Nice. They were a little sad looking on arrival but as the instruction said they will perk up in a few days after planted. After day 2 they look pretty good. I'm sure they will all survive and be wonderful. Thanks.”

“Plants arrived with dark spots on leaves @ just didn't look like healthy plants. Potted immediately @ now those leaves are dropping. The plants have some babies so hoping these will continue to grow.”
