“My plant finally arrived 9 days after it was supposed to. I messaged the seller and never heard back from them. We live one state away. It's a miracle that the plant was alive and I totally missed Christmas, which it was a gift for my mom.”

“I need to apologize first to the employee who injured themselves on my order. There was some blood on the packaging and after getting pricked by the cacti, I understand now. Plants arrived in expected condition, the pickle plant was DOA but I forgot to take pictures/contact within 24 hours so that's partially on me. The biplanata still looks rough, but she's making a great comeback. If it wasn't for the pickle plant this would be 5 stars!”

“My cactus came in beautiful condition and packaged very well. Heat packs were still warm and the cactus is doing very well. I highly recommend Succulents Depot and was very impressed with my order.”

“Although all 4 arrived, some were out of the pot and hopefully will be OK. They were repotted that afternoon. I think a more secure system in their mailing would get a 5 star out of me.”

“I tried to resolve this with the seller who only wanted me to make another purchase and then send a replacement. Etsy intervened and refunded the original purchase. The plants arrived in damaged condition due to poor packing and no additional packing placed in the box. They toppled end over end in shipping and dirt was all over the inside of the box. Requested a replacement of at least one plant. I have photos of plants and packaging. No further response from the seller. I purchased it due to the excellent rating but hard to believe that I am the only one this has happened to”

“I was very nervous ordering a live Christmas cactus in the middle of December, but I was So IMPRESSED with how they wrapped and boxed this cactus!! It arrived in beautiful condition!! So impressive!!! I will definitely order from them again. I was so impressed that I posted pictures of the boxing and plant on a cactus fb site and many people ordered from them because of how well it arrived & my recommendation!! I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism with your live plant.”

“The cuttings are basically in good shape, a little dry and my heat packs didn’t quite work long enough because I did get a dead frozen one out of the 10 I bought. Attached is a photo of the dead one & some of the healthy ones I would purchase from them again.”

“I received 3 christmas cactus with heat pack. 2/3 of the soil was in the box not the pots. The plants were dead. I sent a message and picture. Since then I have send another message and picture. I have not heard a word from you. Very disappointed. I got another order from another company with a heat pack and they arrived just fine.”

“Although my Christmas cacti arrived a tad late they were a very pleasant surprise! They were packaged to keep their delicate body shielded from the travels of USPS and also against the cold while in transit. They were individually potted, and once again wrapped to avoid any damage to the fragile leaves. I would definitely buy from Succulent Depot again.”
