“Love the product & delievery is quick. On my second order, the prepackaged box came in a very large box that could have fit 4 orders! There was a length of craft paper, supposedly for packing purposes ...totally useless. Not sure why the waste thus the 4 stars. The product is already well packaged & it would seem putting on an adress label on that would be sufficient. Maybe it is an issue with the warehouse the product is sent from?”

“I was able to score some gels from the Ironman 70.3 Muskoka course and tried them out on my last couple of long runs and they were really good. Just ordered the sample package and look forward to using them in my training. They are a bit thick for getting out of the package would be my only negative. The taste is good, not to sweet.”

“Love the tastes, just have to get used to squeezing all the honey out of the pouch. Definitely beyond me if I am trying to continue to ride. I have to stop, rip and roll vs some other alternates I can throw in a Ziploc bag and dig out. Not that immediate boost of calories but easier to do while pedalling.”

“I bought the energy gels for my son for lacrosse games. He likes the taste and they seemed to help give him a boost before an intense game. I like that they don't have additives or dyes or anything synthetic. 🥰”

“I tried a sampler pack and pretty much all the flavours were delicious! The reason I bought these gels is that I am marathon training, and long runs were giving me some GI discomfort. I found these gels to be GI friendly as advertised, so was happy about this. As well, customer service was very responsive when Amazon had a delay in delivering my order. My one wish for improvement for the gels is the ease of use while running, mainly the packaging. Because these are honey, they tend to be "stiffer" - especially so in cooler temperatures. I think the packaging for the amount of product is too big and at times there is even a small air pocket, and so it is harder to squeeze the product out quickly. As such, I find that they take longer to consume than other nutrition gels, and I hesitate to use it for race day. Overall I would be happy to buy these again. If the packaging could be adjusted in the future, I would super appreciate it and probably buy even more in the future!”

“The flavor was fantastic! However, I didn’t consider, or read any cautions regarding the time of year. I tried a gel during a trail run in sub-zero temperatures. Couldn’t even get the honey out of the tube. Seems obvious when you think about it, but who’s thinking logically while running 20km on trail?”

“I got a free jar of honey with energy packs. The honey is delicious as are the gels. The gel do not upset my stomach as some do but it is very thick and I can't squeeze it out of the package with one hand, therefore these will not be good on a bike. Wish you would make gummies for this reason and I would give a 5 star for sure!”

“My son loves the cinnamon bun flavoured energy gels as quick way to fuel up before practices and in between games on tournament days. My only critique of this product is the price. I wonder if there is a way to make these more affordable?”
