“SUPER UNHAPPY CLIENT - FRAUD ONLINE PLATFORM I use to give Superbalist a 5, they have however brought themselves down to a 1 in the last two months. 1. Their inventory is never up to date, so when you order they don't deliver the product, but ALSO they dont refund you the money, you have to hunt them down for it for weeks, to never get a response. 2. They don't refund your monies. 3. Their customer support team is a waste of time and airtime, they tell you they’ll investigate and then you never hear from them a again! 4. Their delivery date is never accurate. 5. They dont deliver all parcels and do returns same time, 4 different people will be coming around to your house as various times. Superbalist is becoming super unreliable, they are not helpful at all, they are not honest, they are not ethical and they need a new managent team/system or they need to forget doing any service at all. SUPER UNHAPPY client, with many bad experiences with this online shopping platform!!!”

“Very disappointed with Superbalist their Perfumes are fake fake fake. The smell doesn’t even last for 5minutes.Spent 3k on Gucci Memoire, Lacoste and Dunhill all of them Fake Fake Fake. Please save a bit more and go to reputable sellers, coz it's really not worth it. They do those sales knowing that they ain't selling the real deal.”

“No glory from Superbalist customer support team. By now I can't count the many times enquired about ORDER NO. 14562144. Im been completely ignored. There is NO TRACKING AT ALL not even awaiting parcels.These outfits were purchased for functions on Easter weekend. It's processing from 8th of Feb after the money had been paid out of my bank acc. Now an order I placed after this one to get a G star Raw top for a function on Easter Weekend on their sale & while in stock was cancelled & refunded cause they don't have stock of the item I purchased. I'm making an old fashion trip to the mall today to purchase outfits for the weekend. I honestly believed Superbalist valued theirs customers & would of at least given me some sort of feedback. Im no longer wish to purchase anything on Superbalist. They don't care for me as a customer at all. My business is not valued. So disappointing.”

“I'm a loyal customer of Superbalist & with great trust I pay upfront thousands of rands for our orders. I purchased apparel from G. STAR RAW order NO 14562144 on the 8th April for Easter & it's stuck in processing. This is the 3rd order this is the 4th order I'm having difficulty with. I've emailed queries to your consultants over 5 times & they are completely ignoring me. The policy of contacting me within a day is false. The order has being skipped completely & the orders after have been delivered or on its way. Now I'm concerned about the money I paid upfront I'm at a point where I simply want to return all orders within 30 days, have all my money refunded & then delete this app. Our shopping experience should be easy, stressfree & the money we pay to Superbalist upfront with trust trackable. Extremely disappointed with Superbalist & more disappointed with so call guaranteed online assistance & consultants. This is bad business.”

“Ordered a pair of espadrille wedges. Within 30 minutes of my first wearing them I had nasty cuts on my heels from the sharp metal exposed on the inside of the eyelets. Unfortunately you get what you pay for, and at half the price of competitors it’s no wonder they are shoddily made. Cheap finish is a hazard to wear. I’m going to have to wear plaster/ tape and try alter the shoe to be more comfortable (and less SHARP!) very disappointed!”

“I placed 2 huge orders with Superbalist and I've been unable to track these purchases. I've sent several emails and I have evidence via emails by their agents assuring me all is well & that the orders are will arrive by a certain date. There has being no updates and the orders are being skipped. Now their have stopped responding with me completely & their apparent helpline is never answered. I'm about to lay complaints with bank requesting retrieval of these funds based on fraudulent activities.We pay large amounts of cash upfront on trust. Next step will probably be criminal charges against the agents who have assured that my orders are trackable online. This is also complete deception.”

“To date I haven't received any communication regarding my order. It said delivery 23March and its the 5th of April and still no communication. The app doesn't help much under tracking my order. The last update I got was on the 21th of March @ 14:19 "in transit to distribution hub" That's it! lask week I went to take a lot delivery point and they listed the parcel as "short received" yet you guys went and said the DC claimed it & STILL I don't have my parcel. I sent an email on the 31st, receiving an email back saying: " We have a much quicker way for you to find the help you need using our online help options. Visit our Help page here (https://accounts.superbalist.com/support) for answers to delivery, order, payment and product related questions and you will respond in ONE BUSINESS day"??????? - STILL NOTHING!!!!!! I sent an email on the 1st of April @ 11:40 and yesterday was the 4th of April and still NOTHING!!!! If your client concierge team is available from 07:00 - 06:00pm Mon - Friday, Saturdays between 09:00 - 12:00pm and Sundays between 11:00 - 02:00 pm - Can you PLEASE let me know how come to date I haven't received any communication regarding my email or parcel??? Today is the 5th of April AND STILL NO ONE has contacted me. Your landline NEVER works, there is always "something" Can someone just get back to me!!!”

I tried contacting their number it doesn't work, I just want my money back now. Online apparel stores in south africa are failing us. I wish I was not even supposed to give them a star”

“very disappointing :( I’ve been struggling with bad skin since forever.. I’ve been saving up to purchase some products from SKOON Skin Care. It’s not cheap, for the budget I work with each month. Sunday evening I purchased my first couple of products!!! :) The excitement grew since the purchase, up until I received my package today. To me the packaging contributes enormously to the overall value, of the product. The package was ruined!! This was UTTERLY disappointing. My smile got wiped away. No attention to detail. See pictures below. You only as good as your weakest link!!! Not buying from Superbalist ever again!!”

“I bought something to the value of R489 and they took half of that money when I returned the item... I will never , ever shop by them again... you disgusting superblist it was the first and the very last I shop with you. You a joke compared to takealot, one day deals and zando😏😡I emailed their customer service about this terrible service and to date I had no reply😏”
