“This booth we ordered looks absolutely stunning and the company was so incredibly helpful in coordinating the date and time our order would be shipped. Ruby especially was such a great help when our company was trying to get into contact with the dispatcher who was delivering our order even with the three hour time difference between our company and superior seating. Overall and excellent experience and am looking forward to working with this company again.”

“The quality of the booths I ordered for Char Steakhouse is good; however, the lead time was extremely misleading. The advertised 6–8 weeks turned into a 16-week wait. Communication throughout the process was mediocre at best—whether I called or emailed, the response was always the same: “they’re in production.” I even received photos showing the booths completed, yet it still took another three and a half weeks for delivery. The delay forced me to push back my restaurant’s opening date simply because of seating. While the booths arrived in good condition and without damage, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication and inaccurate timelines.”

“Stay away from this company if you are a restaurant and need to move your tables. Bases and hardware are cheaply made, and snap easily. Customer service offers no solution, and only puts blame back on the business.”

Our synthetic teak table tops and steel bases are a popular and proven combination, used by hundreds of commercial clients. The steel bases are designed to be heavy-duty for maximum stability and durability. However, they are not intended to be moved by lifting the table from the teak top, as this can put stress on the connection points. For customers who prefer a lighter option, we also offer aluminum bases that are fully compatible with our teak tops. All of our product specifications—including materials and weights—are clearly listed on our website so clients can make informed choices. In your case, a specific request was made specifically for a “sturdy” base, which is why our team recommended the steel version. With that in mind, we feel your review does not accurately reflect either the quality of our products or the level of service we strive to provide. That said, we’re always happy to assist and would welcome the opportunity to help find a solution that better suits your needs, including accepting an exchange of the bases. “Our chairs arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. There was a problem, but fortunately, we were able to contact Lisa. And she solved the problem. We had some other issues, but fortunately, Lisa was able to take care of everything. You're lucky to have such a great employee. And your products are outstanding.”
